Processing & Shipping Times

In-Stock Items

All available, in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

Custom-made and pre-order items require additional production and preparation time. These orders will be processed and shipped within 14 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification along with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volumes.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. Azena Closet is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
